Known Bugs
Below is a list of currently known bugs, particularly User Interface (UI) problems, on the site.
Due to browser caching the problem may have been fixed (and indicated as such in the above table) but your browser hasn’t picked up the changes so if you still see the problem try forcing a hard refresh (depends on whether you are on Windows or Mac) to see if it goes away.
Bugs and their fixes will be left in the above table until we are sure that everyone has migrated to the new versions. This may be a while.
The “Fixed” column will indicate the part of code and its version where the fix was done as well as the date. Go to the Don’t Panic page and look in the “Local Storage” box for the “components versions” block (it’s close to the top of the listing) to determine what versions your browser is currently using.
If you find a bug that isn’t listed above, please get in touch with the Membership Secretary (details on the contacts page).
Bug reporting is an art in itself and unless you are used to doing so the best advice is to try and remember the steps taken to produce the bug - including but not limited to:
- Current page
- How you interacted with the page - what you clicked; text you entered; etc.
- How the page/code reacted. What you expected.
